From a chilled winters wedding to a summer celebration, Rosie could be could be just what you are looking for, she is always out to impress and can add that special touch to your day.
We provide freshly roasted coffee from an Irish boutique roaster which is freshly ground on site, the espresso machine creates double shots and the steam wand creates lattes, flat whites, mochas and Cappuccinos. For the tea lovers we have Lyons tea, Irish breakfast a selection of herbal and of course delicious hot chocolate with all the trimmings for young and old.
Love is Brewing… So while the guests admire the happy newly married couple and chat away amongst themselves, they will be treated to a delicious hot beverage. This works great outside the church and keeps everyone one close for all those important photos.
Rosie hasn’t finished there, she will come beautifully decorated making a stunning vintage backdrop for your photos and will be a cherished memory of the day.
We will arrive before the start of the ceremony to secure a space before the guests arrive and will fully decorate once the service is underway ready for the wedding party as they leave the Church.

Rosie’ the VW Splitscreen comes with a rustic style apple crate counter beautifully decorated with bunting, candles and flowers. A wooden easle with ‘Love is Brewing’.
We will arrive before the start of the ceremony to secure a space before the guests arrive. We will fully decorate once the service is underway and we will be there until the last guest leaves*.
As well as coffee and tea we also provide a selection of doughnuts and sweet nibbles. As well as some cold refreshments including botted water

We always ask for the couple to check with their Parish/Venue that they are happy for us to be on their grounds. We will always leave the church clean and tidy.
We are self sufficient and do not require power from the Church
HSE and Public liability certificates available on request
Dairy free alternatives and syrups included.
